By hiring or using the services of RB pressure solutions , you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all services provided by [Your Company Name] and are intended to protect both the client and the service provider.

1. Scope of Services

RB pressure solutions  offers residential and commercial pressure washing services including but not limited to:

  • Driveways

  • Sidewalks

  • Decks

  • Patios

  • Siding

  • Roof cleaning

  • Fencing

  • Commercial buildings and storefronts

Custom services may be provided upon request.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days.

  • Final pricing may vary based on actual size, condition, and complexity of the job.

  • Any changes in service scope will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

3. Service Appointments

  • Clients must ensure that all outdoor water and electrical connections are accessible and operational.

  • Property must be clear of vehicles, furniture, and other obstacles in the work area before arrival.

  • If a scheduled appointment is missed without 24-hour notice, a $50 cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Checks, or specify other methods].

  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week past due.

5. Liability

  • RB pressure solutions is fully insured and will take all reasonable care during service.

  • However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or surfaces prone to damage (e.g., cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, loose siding).

  • Pressure washing may remove oxidization, stains, and biological growth; some discoloration or staining may be permanent.

6. Weather Conditions

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, snow, or other hazardous weather. We will contact you to arrange a new date as soon as possible.

7. Guarantee and Satisfaction

  • We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service and we’ll work to address the issue.

  • Due to the nature of some stains and buildup, complete removal may not be guaranteed.

8. Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize [Your Company Name] to enter your property to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure pets and children are safely inside during service hours.

9. Use of Photos

RB pressure solutions may take before-and-after photos of our work for documentation and marketing. If you prefer we do not use images of your property, please notify us in writing prior to service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
